Critical Pack Overview
The Critical Ejection Pack is a new magnetic pack design that was originally released towards the end of 2010 with the V3 model being the latest design.
The Critical Stealth Pack is available in 3+4, 4+5 and 5+6 configurations. If you are unfamiliar with these terms, the4+5 configuration means their are 4 pod slots, and the harness is expandable up to pods using elastic slots that fold down when not being used.

What is the Critical True Ejection Pack?
The Critical True Ejection Stealth Pack is different than any other paintball harness on the market. While most pod packs use Velcro to secure pods, the True Ejection system uses magnets. This has some nice benefits including grabbing pods easier, and quieter.
Instead of peeling Velcro, players simply flip the bottom tabs away from their body's, allowing the pod to jettison into their hands. This makes the removal process much easier and faster, and also reduced the players profile while reloading, making them a smaller target in their bunker.
This pack also includes a small "Pod Ramp" to prevent pods from catching on a players pants when being removed. The back pad of the harness extends just below the magnetic straps to give a clear surface for the pod to ejection along. This is a nice feature and eliminates accidental fumbling with pods that can occur, especially during movement or gun fights.
Version 2 of the Critical True Ejection Stealth Pack that was just released also comes with some really nice padding and anti slip material on the adjustable waist straps. The padding makes the harness very comfortable , and the anti slip material is on both the front and rear parts of the straps. This makes the Critical Pack feel really secure when playing and running down the field.
The one downside to this paintball harness is I have found on occasion a pod has fallen out. However you start to get a feel for the harness and how to adjust and wear it, and I don't think this is a big long-term problem from my brief use with this pack.

Critical Stealth Pack Review Conclusion
The Critical Stealth Paintball Pack has a very unique harness design that's unlike Velcro and is very well made. It is the only magnetic pack currently on the market and I really like the functionality of the harness. However if your a fan of standard Velcro harnesses and think this is gimmicky, don't care about the slight decrease in reloading profile and don't want to risk loosing a pod in critical game moments, you may want to stick with Velcro. However, the missing pod scenario is not very common and this is a great pack.
